In both California and Florida, Disney are currently constructing their brand new lands, Star Wars Lands. Since the first announcement where Bob Iger said, "we're not building one of these, we're building two", Disney have kept quiet about detailed information on the new lands but today, we've received the exciting news that both the lands will open in 2019.
Other than riding on the Millennium Falcon and having restaurants, shops and the surroundings being built within the immersive galaxy, there hasn't been much information announced about the new lands.
Both are currently being built simultaneously at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, (North of Frontierland, where Big Thunder Ranch was) and at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Walt Disney World, Florida (just South of where Star Tours in located replacing Streets of America and the Lights, Camera's, Motors Stunt Spectacular once showed).
We hope to see more news in the coming month's with further park updates, especially surrounding the bi-annual D23 conference is held and hopefully more in the lead up to The Last Jedi.
